A Letter to Fay

Dear Fay,

I\’m writing from our hotel at Qing Dao. My parents and I are on vacation with my friend Sunny for a few days. We are happy to be here. To tell the truth, we are having a lot of fun.

The weather is very comfortable. In fact, it is sunny and warm. Right now I\’m looking outthe window, the sun is shining and the birds are singing. What a beautiful day!

We are very happy. Sunny is swimming in the sea, my parents are sitting at the beach, enjoying love songs.

The restaurants here are not too expensive, but the food is quite good. Last night we ate dinner at the Sun Restaurant. For the appetizer, we ordered a bowls of strawberries and four cans of vegetable soup. For the main course, I ordered baked beef with rice, Sunny ordered broiled fish with potatoes, and my parents ordered two dishes of spaghetti with cheese. For dessert, we ordered four pieces of apple pie and four dishes of Vanilla ice cream. The soup is delicious, the fruit is fresh, the beef is wonderful, thefish is fantastic, the spaghetti is tasty, the apple pie is excellent, and the ice cream is out of this world.

All the other hotels here are ugly and old, but our hotel is beautiful, and it\’s very very new.There is cafe on the first floor, there is a health cluband a theatre on second floor, and there even is a garden on the top of building. We all like to go to the theatre and watch a play.

So, Fay, we are having a lot of fun here at Qing Dao. We are happy, we are happy to be on vacation, and we are happy to be together.
