　　I’ve been in low spirits recently. I always feel weak though I sleep for eight hours every night. I have no energy to do anything. When I am having lessons, it’s hard for me to listen to the teacher carefully because I always feel tired. What’s worse, nothing seems interesting to me these days. I don’t want to feel like this. What should I do?

　　I\’m willing to analyze the reasons behind the phenomenon and offer you some suggestions on it.

　　First of all, it\’s obvious that you always feel weak because of your low quality of sleep. You\’d better make the environment quieter than before. And then you\’ll not always feel tired. Additionally, go outside more so that you can enjoy the places of interest along with see the flowers\’ way to grow up. Last but not the least, even though the doctors can‘t find out the reasons for your situation, they will give you some advice.
